Where are you based and where do you deliver?
We're based near Hackney Central, East London. We deliver across all of London and can discuss deliveries outside London on request.
How do I get a quote?
The easiest way is to use our interactive rig builder on our home page. Choose your equipment, see exactly what's included, and get an instant price. Alternatively get in touch via email or WhatsApp and we'll put something together for you.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, popular dates book up quickly. We recommend at least two weeks in advance for standard hire and four or more weeks for larger productions or events requiring an on-site engineer.
Do you require a deposit?
No, that sets us aside from other hire companies! The price you see is the price you pay.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery and collection are charged separately and depend on your location. As a guide, local delivery within East London starts from £30 each way. Use our rig builder to get an exact quote.
Can you set up and stay for the whole event?
Yes, a member of our team will deliver, set up the entire system, and remain on site for the duration of your event to manage the sound and lighting and handle any technical issues. The engineer is charged at an hourly rate.
Specific Event Types
Do you hire equipment for weddings?
Yes. Our Wedding package includes everything needed from ceremony to dancefloor, PA speakers, DJ equipment, wireless microphones for speeches, and black drapes to conceal the booth structure. We can also provide Astera wireless lighting to create atmosphere in the venue.
Do you hire equipment for club nights?
Yes. We carry the equipment you'd find in any serious club — CDJ 3000s, DJM A9, Xone:96, Technics 1210s — all in flight cases, fully tested, with all cables included.
Do you hire equipment for corporate events and panel discussions?
Yes. Our Panel & Workshop package includes a Yamaha DM3 digital mixer, Shure SLXD24+ dual wireless microphones, and Sennheiser G3 wireless mic — clean digital signal, no dropouts. We can also provide a PA system and Astera lighting for the space.
Do you hire equipment for brand activations and pop-ups?
Yes. This is one of our specialities. We work with brands and experiential agencies to create considered sound and lighting environments for pop-ups, product launches, gallery openings, and brand activations. Every setup is designed to look as good as it sounds.
Do you hire Astera lights for outdoor events?
Yes. Because all Astera products are wireless and battery-powered, they're ideal for outdoor events where running cables isn't practical.
