Which mixer should I hire?

Pioneer DJM-A9: the new industry standard and our top recommendation. Most DJs learn on Pioneer, so the layout and effects will feel familiar.

Pioneer DJM-900NXS2: the club standard and what most DJs expect to find in a booth. If you want modern reliability, we'd recommend the A9.

Allen & Heath Xone:96: a fully analogue signal path with a warm, deep sound. Our top choice for DJs who play vinyl.

Pioneer DJM-V10: six channels for multi-deck or live instrument setups. The most powerful Pioneer mixer available.

What's included

Every mixer comes in a flight case with its power cable. CDJ setups also include the RCA cables to connect the decks. If you're plugging into your own decks or a venue's sound system, tell us what you're connecting when you message us. Before collection you'll get a full pack list so you can check everything off.

Add speakers and lights: Yamaha DXR12 pair £100, DXR12 + DXS15 package with subs £200, Astera Titan tubes from £80 for four.

How mixer hire works

1. Email or WhatsApp us with your date and the setup you want.

2. We confirm availability and send a full price, usually the same day.

3. Collect from Hackney on Friday between 10am and 4pm, or we deliver across London from £30 each way.

4. Return on Monday between 10am and 4pm.

Friday to Monday counts as one day and a full week costs two days. No deposit and no VAT: the price you see is the price you pay. More on how hire works →

DJ mixer hire FAQs

Can I hire a mixer on its own?

Yes. The DJM-900NXS2 and Xone:96 are £50 a day, the DJM-A9 is £65 and the DJM-V10 is £85.

Which mixer is best for vinyl?

The Allen & Heath Xone:96. Its fully analogue signal path suits turntables especially well, and all our DJ mixers have phono inputs for turntables.

Can I hire decks with the mixer?

Yes. Add a pair of CDJ-3000s (£130) or Technics 1210s (£100), or choose one of our CDJ and mixer setups from £150 a day.

Can you deliver and set up?

Yes. Delivery and collection start from £30 each way depending on your location, and we can set up the full system at your venue. Send us the postcode for an exact price.

Do you need a deposit?

No. We don't take deposits and we don't charge VAT.
